Submit a Booking Request

Booking Instructions:

1. Review the rental agreement.
2. Select a time slot option.
3. Next, select an available date from the calendar.
4. Select a start time from the list.
5. Fill out the following form with contact information and additional details and click the Book Appointment button.
6. Upon submission, you will be redirected to a page with your booking details and payment options.

Please note:

• Payment is required to guarantee a booking time slot.
• If the time option is greyed out, it is no longer available on the chosen date.
• Salem Connection is not available for rent any day after 10pm.
